Ronald Kister: Hobbies


Ronald Kister is an IT specialist and consultant with nearly two decades in his field. Ronald Kister maintains an excellent reputation among colleagues and loved ones alike, and he keeps a careful work/life balance to manage his busy schedule. In doing so, Mr. Kister frees up time for his many hobbies.

“I’m self-taught on the guitar,” wrote Ronald Kister when asked about his hobbies. “I like any kind of technical or mechanical challenge, and the work that goes along with learning the correct way of doing things. I’ve built props for my fiancĂ© who is a professional newborn photographer. I have been applying my knowledge of Smart Home Design to my own home. Automating systems and devices has become a project of mine. I perform all of the home maintenance at my house. Friends and family call on me whenever something isn’t working, or how to do something.”

Mr. Kister is also a former Lifeguard Captain who never stops learning and improving. He played college football and still loves staying active whenever possible.

Ronald Kister is also involved in home automation and, in 2016, he was beta testing for Wink and Insteon home hubs and other products. He enjoys volunteering for causes he believes in and actively participates in events like the annual Shwachman Diamond Dash for a Cure.
